The camera driver is still at fault with mitigating circumstances..... The court costs to fight it would be more than the damage over time.....spent fighting it.....
I would just let the insurance company and the police see the vehicles footage....
The drivers of both vehicles would most likely get some sort of fine.....
Just goes to show there is more to some things than meet the eye.....
( watch out another scam going on at the moment ....is people walking out in front of slow moving cars....for a accident and insurance and compo claim down the track.
