Deliberate attempt to be ended indeed. I would say it would be a common scam over the years to do too. The driver that got a-ended could also claim that they now have back/neck injury from the crash and ask for injury compo? Probably the footage could dispute that, but without it who is to say they are lying or not?
Scams are everywhere, no one wants to earn the dollar doing a 9-5 job no more, they want it handed to them on a plate and the expense of someone else.
