I know they monitor OzBargain, ProductReview and Reddit, so they likely monitor HotCopper.

Reddit in particular seems to get quite a few replies, like on the AusFinance subreddit whenever somebody mentions SelfWealth. Like if somebody says that SelfWealth is slow to transfer money in, they'll reply that they're working with ANZ to get faster payments implemented.

So they seem to make mote of customer feedback, even if not replying every time.
