EVE. I did try to work that deal out. It is a bit complicated.
No, they aren't getting the farms or any assets in this deal. They will still have to buy those after they have formed the Newco in 12 - 18 mnths, via the JV which is happening with Jenbrook. EVE shareholders will still have to buy shares in that coy. That is where the honey, tea tree oil, farms, factories etc will end up. If it happens. There is another guy who is gonna be in for a third as well.
So there is current CR for Omni, a convert note, another CR, and money from new listing of Newco from ipo to come. And it is all contingent on proving up the tech for the honey and tea tree etc.
So a fair bit of kite flying atm with the 'not yet proven' 'dope honey' as a bit of a hook.
