Greetings Data#3 brain trust: full disclosure I'm a Long term holder with an average buy in price of $4.80 (have bought shares for as high as $7 & as low as $3), seeking second opinions and contrarian views on DTL current value and future prospects.
This is how I see it, great company management, ideal industry and more than adequate execution:
- Return on Equity: high 30's % (great numbers over the last 10 years)
- PE: over 30 (expensive on this metric)
- Price per Sale: .43 (not bad)
- Operating Margin: 1.64% (a little low 10 year' average)
- Dividends: 2.9% fully franked.
- Directors buying on market lately.
I have been accumulating below $5 and now reached maximum allocation of 5% of my portfolio.
