I use TurboTrader which is a live data system that automatically displays all stocks based on volume and price. Being live data there's no need for scans per say as it monitors the entire market. You just set the price range you're interested in and off it goes. It has its own charts and intra-day charts but you also get EOD data for your other charting package every night. Also has an automated trading Portfolio that buys and sells shares in the background. Its only paper trading but it trades better than me most of the time. I've been a member for years but they do have a free trial.
