Yes. Previously I used the total days in the approval process as the predictor, however evidently the days spent in the Joint Authority for Decision (final phase) is the more accurate predictor. This prediction will also give you the maximum amount of time the application can be assessed for, since if it passes the 11/10/2020 expected date it would fall into the category of being extremely rare, since according to the data, applications rarely exceed these maximum thresholds. Moreover, if there is a delay past this date it must be caused by something exceptional.
