" The nature of the dispute is explained in todays Bulletin and in brief are -
A former employee Michael Graham moved from CSIRO to Q'lans Dept. of Primary Ind. then to BLT.
The granted patents were jointly held by BLT & QDPI with world rights exculively licenced to BLT.

BLT chairam claims CSIRO patent application relates to plants an entirely different area to to BLTs which focus on animal cells.
A DowJones news wire quoted the chairman as saying the claim was "an irritant buit was confident of winning the dispute"
