As to cash returning to LUM, he did say that they will be looking at having screens financed:
"If indeed, growth of the installation of signs is as we expect, additional capital funding of LumaSigns may be funded via a securitized funding program from lending institutions". ___________________________
In that case net profits can be transmitted sooner as the Finance company "takes over" debt.
I would think that the screens can be debt funded with the aims of: 1. Installing more signs.
2. Earlier transmission of profits to the home base.
