AAV merged with ISIS and the merged company then became AAV (code AVV):
Date: 10 Sept. 2002: Here is a notice calling a meeting to effect certain matters including the change of name:
ITEM 8: CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution:
"That subject to the passing of and with effect from the date of the issue of the shares contemplated in the resolution in Item 1, the Company change its name to AAV Ltd".
