Also I heard on the radio recently something about a coal producer having to take into account epa issues or something before being granted a permit extend. It was a case at VCAT that set a precedent but I cant recall the details. I should have listened more closely!
Much on the media about revisiting nuclear as a source of clean energy.
I could be on the wrong track though. My thoughts only. Take them as a grain of salt.
