EXPLORATION PROGRAM ACCELERATING
With the IP survey crew and equipment now on site, the third leg of TCC’s ambitious exploration
strategy – a major regional IP Survey – is about to commence.

This will take six to nine months to complete, and will cover approximately 4,000 square kilometres of the Tethyan Magmatic Arc controlled by TCC.

Results will be generated and released at regular intervals throughout the Survey.
Mr Moore said the survey was designed to identify giant supergene-enriched copper deposits of the
Escondida type.

“The IP Survey will employ advanced processing technology developed for the discovery of such
deposit types in Chile, and represents the first use of such technology in Pakistan,” Mr Moore said.

“The area to be surveyed is almost completely unexplored and largely covered by a shallow layer of
alluvial gravel.”

A test IP Survey just completed over the known supergene-enriched mineralisation at the H4
Project was very successful, producing an exceptionally well-defined anomaly with both the top and
bottom of the blanket-like ore body clearly visible.

The other leg of TCC’s exploration strategy, exploration and resource drilling within the Reko Diq Complex itself, is gathering momentum, with the arrival at site last week of a second drill rig, which has already commenced operations.

The third drill rig has arrived in Karachi and is clearing
customs.
