Don't need any research to see that the price has been smashed to just bout the all time low right now. Down 12.5% at 28 cents. Quite unbelievable. The chart says there is no bottom. So the company is now being priced for almost total failure at every level with the market cap barely above cash levels.

The answer to the issue of material event has been received. I cannot offer a link so the moderators may do their thing. The simple proof is by asking the company and requesting they tell you and also define it in an announcement.

A material event is SVR in a Cohort with least 2 patients. Announcing a material SVR event in a Cohort does not require a 24 week monitoring period. They have to disclose the infortmation, so it is not SVR24, but more likely SVR + a confirmation period. Therefore, in theory material announcement could be early 2016.

It has now fallen a staggering 50% since the liver 'efficacy' data was released. The 'forces' at work are basically destroying the stock. It seems only a material announcement can stop it now.
