They said it was discussed with PF some time ago that they needed a new US based CEO to take the company to the next step. They had also received feedback from shareholders that a change was required. There are clearly reasons as the timing was poor as they should have had a transition plan.

I don't think it has ever traded this low and the company has $32 mil cash so the entire IP and pipeline is valued at about $5-6 mil yet we are still speculating about billion dollar valuations. Right now the market is saying the company is all but worthless. What a pathetic, miserable indictment. It is a common theme across the Oz biotech sector. Everything I own is priced at virtually price at zero pipeline value.
