ASIC should investigate AGM directors over this.

They have known that someone has done due dillgence yet they have failed to release that information to the market until today...yeah sure??

If the directors are aware of market sensitive information that information must released to the market immediately or request the AGM be placed into halt until such a time that an announcement can be made....not wait 1 week

When did they know??

Why did they not release this information to the market earlier if they knew about it???
