For instance, are RAP using blockchain tech, or relying on more outdated forms of encryption?
Certainly there will be some black hats out there, looking to intrude, an activity that will surely accelerate once the Tech becomes proven and mainstream.

Don't know if it's already been said but blockchain isn't encryption (perhaps you're getting encryption confused with cryptography which is one aspect of the blockchain). There's little need for RAP to use the blockchain for what they currently offer.
