Becuase it's not worth anything near the current share price that's why the product is simply not proven in the market place. It maybe great tech but at this point it is simply not worth this much on any measure. No buyer is going to extrapolate revenue out 3years, particularly for a company with such limited operating history, a recent history of decelerating growth and coming off such a small base and formulate a bid based on that. It simply does not happen. Furthermore it does not happen when the cash backing of the company which would form the basis of a valuation is vulnerable to a Class Action and other potential dramas associated with dissatisfied placement recipients contemplating ways to retrieve the money. Finally, the article indicates that no approach has actually even been made to the company.
