No, but their presentations always seemed open and frank, read the chairmans report at the last AGM for example.
To come out with such a suss announcement right on the close of trade one day, with no further explanation is just plain stupid on the part of directors, and scary for investors.
Ignoring all of the over-hyped crisis talk - this just does not look good at all. I wish they'd come out and explain.
