KTM, the underwriters of the recent rights offering, control DDT... for the moment. The chinaman who controlled before the rights offering is mad that KTM wants to throw his board members out at an EGM. He files a complaint with the goverment. No one thinks he will win... but what if he does win? Then what happens? Is current management safe? DO we care? Will the board change? Or will all the customers run in confusion and switch to a competitor with a better cheaper product? I say with a mere 384 million shares outstanding there is room for everyone if they would all play nice.
