Howdy downside
I'm with u. If the aquisition of Vianet (for what will probably turn out to be a steal) quickly followed by the merger with CTI has failed to excite the market at all, then it's hard to imagine anything that they can announce from here on that will (given that the combined entity will then be #5, so not much [none] scope for growth thru larger targets).
There is the opinion that the last quarter's results will be pleasing, but will that be enough to generate a trade margin ? . . . well not for me.
One thing that u mentioned, "too many blooody shares", will at least be rectified, as the 1.7 billion odd DFT's will convert to just 21 million CTI's
