I thought it might be worth focusing on Dataflex & what Syntonic need to do before the 8th of July if Gary & Rahul want to achieve performance milestone 3 & those 166 Million shares that go with it.
So Sunday 20th May means there are just 50 days ( including today) in which to earn milestone 3 or to put it another way, a maximum of 34 business days (depending which country you are in & the public holidays due between now & 8th July) to sign up 50 paying Dataflex customers.
That means they need to sign up 1 new business everyday from now on in, or 1.5 business's every stockmarket day to achieve there goal.
So on the face of it, there's going to be a lot of newsflow over the next 7 weeks.
Be it new re-seller agreements, or the direct signing-up of Business's.
It's worth going back to Syntonic's 23rd of January announcement regarding Business Objectives for 2018.
"Targeting first revenue generating agreements by the end of the current quarter."
Have to put that one down under the failed to achieve column (Yes AKTAY signed the agreement but that is only 1 agreement not multiple agreements & its not generating any revenue yet and still needs government approval to be valid).
"Commercial launch along with major distribution & reseller agreements, resulting in material revenue generating deployments with enterprise customers worldwide"
Can't say there's any sign of a commercial launch yet, virtually 4 month's after that statement & the clock is still ticking.
High time the company issued a corporate update on what's happening in Syntonic's world.
