    Tomorrow is not the deadline.

    The deadline is 8th July which is a Sunday.

    Given time differences etc any announcement is possible until the market opens on Tuesday 10th July to declare if the 3rd milestone has been reached or not.

    My personal view is that they will fail to reach milestone 3 in time.
