I agree KYC has kept the market less than well informed on this matter. However, I think they would owe it to their investors to give further news esp if it is bad news. The last line of the announcement was 'we're (KYC) are working with our insurers in this matter'.

I certainly hope they are well covered for this sort of problem as it must be one of the most obvious risks to the business. If they are covered then sweet. I've trawled last year's financials and can't see any specific expense lines for this form of insurance.

One thing, and I may ring them, that KYC need to do is work on theur public relations (Look at the PE difference between TOX and KYC! It's all spin!!). They have a good story and should move forward well.

Finally, I havn't seen any transactions that would suggest a large holder is exiting the stock due to this claim. For me, still hold.
