This is the final draft proposal to go to the Ministry for approval in 21 days.
It does not have to much bearing on our PL . it can be given back at anytime
this is part of the transparency legislation required , if you remember back during the CoA
the Government made it clear it intended to change Legislation to prevent what happened with
Gold Ridge and SMM bribing SIG officials and some land owners and corrupting the whole process.
this new piece of Legislation should not hold up our application as the process is near complete ,
it is asking for EOI's on this draft proposal not whether AVQKB will be mining or prospecting.
whilst it seems to be drawn out in terms of political correctness, we are still progressing well on SJ
its just a shame we are not yet getting updates ...I was expecting news this week and last week
so I am very hopeful that it will be next week but no later then the following week , they will need to ensure the core samples are dried properly to get the best results.
