Frankly l am amazed no one noticed in the World Bank article, commentary about a Court case resolving outstanding issues with Isabelle - NEXT YEAR as it clearly articulates. Did you drag this out of last years archive Shane? I think that's the case because l am not aware of any pending Court issues with Isabelle again. You need to make it clear you are using old material in the interests of intellectual honesty. Not many would hold for another year and endure further litigation.
