i’m a bot cynical about how important those regulations are tarasbulba.
FWIW I discovered one little company I’ve been invested in for a while - SMN - had a substantial holder who forgot (for a few years!!) to notify he had sold down many of his free shares during a brief price summit about 8 yrs back.
And more recently a vanadium company I am following merged with its next door neighbour (Feb 4) but RCF, the cornerstone investor of both, has so far not updated its holdings status :/ …. In fact there is not even a post merger update to the Top 20 changes as of last Friday.
I think I might have seen other instances where the expected dates were missed as well.
