    I'm sure TPG & Voda have a strategy in the event that it is declined.

    Couldn't TPG sell the spectrum in the JV agreement for a cash payment over the next 10 years of how the spectrum runs for? Then ACCC can't argue they will build a network or maybe Teoh to control the spectrum.

    Given Voda are technically insolvent, my guess is that they swap assets into a JV if the ACCC rejects it
