as others have stated, TER have not officially declared a dividend. They have forecasted a dividend of 10cent off the 2022 results. You can expect, if TER management follow pretty much every ASX company, a dividend will be declared when they release their 2022 audited financial statements to the market (due 31 August 2022).
If you take into account the one and only dividend TER have paid, they are fairly quick (3 weeks) from declaring and paying. But past performance is not an indication of what will happen in the future. Therefore, you can "expect" a dividend sometime late September 2022 maybe early October 2022.
