The valuation should be out in approx 2 weeks....before then there should be some significant announcements regarding trading tieups.... and more.
Once valuation is done and GCN register closed and entitlements worked out, provided we (GCN) present sufficient distribution amongst its shareholders, then I suspect we will learn of the cornerstone investor....this should cement the valuation...IMHO well north of the indicated 30c....this ought to dispell the doubters.
As there is no need for a prospectus...it is a compliance listing.....no doubt one the initial hurdles are reached some of the proposed deals and more will kick in. Once a final document is lodged with the ASX it could taake 2-3 weeks for them to review and approve.
I would imagine GCN will disclose the full detail of the valuation, no matter what I suspect some will take issue with it and discount heavily on listing... I am of the view that P! directors will present details that cash generation will be immediate aand grow strongly as its large consumer/corporate base uptake.
Dont be dissappointed if it takes a week or more as there is a reliance on ASX ,and that will depend on its competing workload.
GCN holders will have 4weeks to 6 weeks wait after valuation of P1 is released.
The current doubters who dwell on the past will be caught very short!!
The AGM is likely to be a most interesting affair as it happens after P1 and before listing ---see you there.
I will seek more answers to the position the mods are cautious on!!
