Happenstance it doesn't seem consistent.
Only last Saturday, the poster Siriusco titled a post "afr" on a WPL thread. The content of the post is: "Interesting hypothesis on link up with Chevron on LNG in today's AFR p46". The post was replied to 3 times and so noticeable. Interestingly, it was also a Street Talk article and speculative in nature. In other words, Siriusco's post is of the same nature as the post on EXT that was pulled.
Seems like the rules are a bit fuzzy on this.
