OK, looked into this a bit further. From the announcement on Berkeley's website: "Mr Stephen Dattels, Chairman of Polo Resources, will join the Board of Berkeley at settlement."
also from their website: "The Company has also entered a Strategic Alliance with Areva NC to explore and develop Berkeley’s uranium projects in Spain. Areva NC is part of the Areva Group, one of the world’s leaders in integrated nuclear energy solutions."
Now, this may well have nothing whatsoever to do with Extract but if we suddenly find Berkeley popping up on our holders register (or on that of Kalahari), we'll know why. ;0)
Presumably one Australian company buying shares in another causes fewer FIRB issues that an overseas company doing so?
