It is not as simple a multiplying KAH SP by 2.5, as KAH has just raised about 18m GBP in a capital raising. This equates to a value of around 12p per share.
By my calculations KAH is currently trading at a 4% discount to their net asset value (NAV) of cash and EXT shares (not giving any value to their other assets).
i.e Buying KAH is like buy EXT for around $5.27.
So at this point in time KAH SP is pretty much reflecting its EXT and cash NAV.
