Devils advocate, QLD coal royalty, Daunia is low volume <5MT/per annum. Qld may not be very attractive with the current royalty imposed so a buyer may not be that forthcoming.
From memory, Daunia commissioned in 2013 and was ~2 billion to construct with CVM??
