    I would hope it would gap up Monday given its been trending down based on no news. Now we have some and it can only be called positive we can trend in the other direction and settle at a higher base. There was nothing in that acouncement that would give me a reason to sell so translate to nobody having a reason to sell other then wanting to move their cash elsewhere. Selling should dry up somewhat IMO. Please DYOR
