They really need a big contract with a big name (and a succession of them) for a re-rate (stating the obvious but some expect this to rocket on nothing) .... otherwise we are going to stay in this range.... It's been 5 moths since relist and the 'land grab' has captured minimal land.... hopefully they are close....
