I am away with my children for a few days and do not have the time for a lengthy response.
We can only approach the German patients through Dr Hotz.
The doctors at US sites have to take the lead making the patients available and I do not know where that is as I am to have a call this Thursday with the PR firm.
In Germany,the patients are only seven months out (longest patient) and I have a metering with Dr Hotz on April 11 at our meeting in San Diego
At ISHLT to discuss this and other topics.
I asked Dave if he had a target date for the C-pulse promotion. Obviously not. That could change after Thursday's contact with the PR.

Dave,
It's not necessary to to have interviews with patients for the media release.
There is enough information for the PR to write an attention grabbing piece
to excite the target audience for a successful recruitment. ie five patients weaned in US and 'The German miracle patient, to a copy writer this would be gift.

In his response particularly his first reply to my suggestions last month when he said he was going to use my promotional ideas.
I added a footnote to my mail to each of the executives I wrote that I would not expect any remuneration or personal gain of any kind if my promotional ideas were used and as a result were successful.
