Tully,
from my understanding Sub bit coal in Indonesia sells for $9pt and $14 pt in the PRB.
Total costs once upgraded are around $43 for the Bayan JV and $33 for PRB.
So with the prices for Thermal coal coming off its highs from $150 to $100 there still is great margins.
