well i guess thats why noone mines brown coal.. cause all you can get for it is supposedly 5-12 dollars a tonne.... These reports dont show costs being under $10! I garuantee you Sub Bit C coal in indonesia does not sell for $12 per tonne also.

This report contradicts the prices i know indonesian sub bit c coal is to be marketed as. After mining costs and upgrade costs i am pretty damn sure the value added by whites technology wont be what this report suggests.. i think maybe they can add $10 per tonne.. dont get me wrong... 10 per tonne on a 5mt a yr project is good!
