Hi Flexmw,

I don't believe Dougal Ferguson plays any further part in 88e, there was the obvious handover of XCD and I understand he had some performance incentives that had to be paid out(from memory, may be incorrect here though).

I have never held much hope of Harrier being drilled, I have always held the thought that it was a higher risk play, which was reflected in the COS presented by both XCD and 88e.

Of more interest to me will be the trading opportunity, the placement although at a discount will be churned through before results, they won't want the risk of holding.

Now Dave has notified that he is standing down, I'm guessing he may(just my guess) look to lighten his holding. I have a sneaking suspicion the incoming MD, whose the current CFO will be looking to make his mark..........

With circa 12 bill shares on issue and Dave going, this year would be the best time to consolidate, recapitalise and refresh. The new MD would be unburdened by previous activity.

My plan is to exit before Dave

Just my thoughts.
