The appeal was thrown out so currently we await the 2021-22 budget process in Alaska to find out what is going to happen, Governor Dunleavy appeared keen that positive moves were made.
What we must hope is that the improved ANS price will sustain and enable payments (even partial to be made).
Had a massive implication both in terms of exploration capability and ongoing financial commitments that many do not realise or take into account when looking at the company history.
