BUD is the crown jewel of sunk cost fallacy. I can't think of a single reason anybody should cough up any money.
What is the future here, you will have a skeleton company that is secretly run by a group of people who are deemed "important" all while milking everyone equally. This type of move EASILY fails the G is ESG and will honestly make it un-investable by any standards.

Then what is the plan? This fabled potential company will give DM a blank checkbook and let him make a company, but this time with blackjack hookers? How did that go last time?

I will always thank BUD for being the company that gave me a healthy financial scar and not to invest in frankly appallingly run companies.
