Yes thanks to those shareholders who have kept our hopes of some sort of recovery alive. I have a significant number of shares spread through 3 portfolios so probably individually they did not reach the magic threshold. I guess we can look forward to a recap plan at some stage? I would expect to see a bullet proof plan and strong, effective board with demonstrated experience before contemplating putting any further money at risk with the existing management team.
The writing was on the wall for BUD when nobody did effective due diligence on the LIFIX purchase. Massively overpaid and no comeback against the vendors. The professional advisors for this transaction to BUD should be sued over their negligence.
