As we confirmed to you this morning, we have not received the claimed email from the poster using the pseudonym "Trading Wizard", either directly to my email, to our general email address, or via the Intec Investor Q&A Forum submission system. This would suggest either a failure in that poster's email system, or that the poster is telling untruths.

As always, we invite investors to ask questions, or provide comments or submissions for a response by the company. As noted on our Forum submission page: "You do not need to be a shareholder in Intec to submit a question, comment or suggestion. However, all submissions will be governed by Intec's Investor Enquiry Policy. Your initial submission must include your full personal name, address, phone number, email address and pseudonym (if you so choose).

Your submission will be posted with your first name only, or at your alternative direction, including your preferred pseudonym or 'name withheld'. However, no submissions will receive a response or be posted without the required background details, which will be treated confidentially by the Company.

Intec reserves the right to choose whether or not to post submissions, and no abusive submissions will receive a response."
