    Hi all

Apologies - I'm late to this party. I have a lot happening with my own business and with my other commitments and I haven't been spending any time on HC at all. Like everyone, I'm waiting for more IMU trial results to be released and I haven't got much to say until that occurs.

    Regarding the proposed consolidation...

Well. I've spent some time thinking about it, and I'm basically on the same page as old mate @slick . I don't inherently lovea consolidation just for the sake of doing one, but I don't automatically hate them either. The way I see it is:

    • If the science turns out to be bad, on all of the quite large suite of products and IP held by Imugene, then the consolidation will obviously not help at all. The new higher SP will be hammered down again and shareholder value will be destroyed.
    • However, that won't be the result of the consolidation - that will be the result of failure of the products, and a failure of all the IMU products and IP will destroy the company anyway - irrespective of a consolidation.
    • On the other hand - yeah - if they have genuine success then the consolidation is required at some point.

I would rather see a great set of trial results, or some kind of a genuine commercial deal - and then a consolidation - but for me it still comes down to the science.

Overall, I do still feel the science is good, and I am still prepared to wait and see, so I'm not going to get worked up about the consolidation.

I would hope and expect that there is a strategy behind it, but I don't expect the company to be fully transparent about that strategy. If - for example - a deal of some kind is getting close, and seems likely to be signed, then a consolidation makes sense, but the company won't be able to say why publicly.

Or maybe they are looking at the endlessly speculated about NASDAQ listing.

Or maybe it is part of a strategy around capital raising.

Ultimately, I have two choices here:

    1. Trust the company and the science and keep holding

    or

    2. Bail out.

For me it's option 1. I'm not enjoying the shit share price and I'm worried that a consolidation will lead to more scope for share price games, but I do think success is still a good prospect and I intend to hold.

That's a personal choice of course. I know a lot of people here are hurting, and many feel m ore negative about this than I do.

    Best Wishes to all

    Dave
