IMU should have never have enter the ASX200 which attracted traders and shorters but given it did they probably should have done a consolidation as the market was treating it as a commerialised biotech stock. It's been traded since then as the longer the clinical trial updates released with the latest trading from the Azer-Cel clinical trial updates. Maybe management has concluded that the high O/S is playing a part in this and the participant of the next CR don't like this high O/S (I suspect they are the one who are interested in the OASIS clinical trial data and are seeing what they want to see).
