You raise a valid point. Entering the ASX200 may have created expectations the company wasn’t ready to meet, especially from traders and institutions treating it like a commercial-stage biotech.If a consolidation was always going to be necessary, doing it back then, when the share price and sentiment were stronger would’ve made more strategic sense.
I agree that the high O/S could be a factor now, particularly if upcoming capital raise participants are pushing for a cleaner structure. If they are tied to OASIS data, as you suspect, that would explain the timing.
But again, without clear communication from management, we are left to interpret signals instead of fact!!!
