Before you start throwing stones (excuse the pun) go and take a look at ASX history 2004 2005 of Weboz/Nicu/MMX and follow the trail of cashflow statements and reports.
Then come back and explain how a company went from having no cash to pay listing fee's to cash for deposits of IO assets.
Glyna had a go but failed miserably as his/her only explanations involved unreported share issues which means MMX mislead market and even current directors have never corrected reports.
Who is the good one and who is the bad one is what the court case is all about. CHM have put up a case as to how MMX before the current directors went from broke to cashed up ands in control of the IO assets.
I have googled the directors of CHM and dont see any anything they have done wrong in the past. Unless you have a problem with their sporting background or country they or their parents came from ???
