    No fear of me ever being anything other than a fan of capitalism. I merely point out the need for caution, as I am rather skeptical of things that require considerable subsidies to make them viable. ANM ($230 million wasted) and SPP (excise waived) come to mind. Contrast this with the recent economic success of hybrid vehicles in response to rising fuel prices.

    Picking winners before the race is run is more the realm of feudalism, which seems to go by the alias socialism these days.

    Free markets? That is capitalism. Subsidised windfarms? No banana, I'm afraid.
