Thanks, that interview was quite informative.

Looks like:
- They've agreed to re-enter WE-3
- They're ordering long lead items for the re-entry, which means it'll be months until the re-entry (i.e. not going to be happening right after WE-5 completes).
- They'll be getting back the money they're spending on the gas plant long lead items once the project financing is sorted (in a number of months)
- First gas in mid 2023
- No mention of Spain
