David Bortolussi - Discussion

I'll keep this pretty straightforward as its not a complex question. David Bortolussi has been at A2M coming up on roughly a year so far almost - during which time I'm unclear that he's achieved anything or demonstrated that he has control over the company?

From reports I heard on Hotcopper it seemed like the Chairman of the Board and his old cronies are still in charge. So in short........lets discuss what has David done at A2M in his year there so far that would instil any confidence going forward?

There have been no major staff moves he's made that I can see. The APAC "leader" resigned of his own volition so he took an exit package and bailed out (good riddance).
But what staffing moves has David done to clear out the dead wood. His move with Hershey in the USA does stand out as a pretty clever idea on the surface of things.

But other than that........what else?
